Before starting the installation of the prerequisite check that your computer and usable system are up to date.<\/p>\n<p>The main information before to start:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Operating System<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 10 32\/64-bit (64 bit suggested)<\/li>\n<li>Windows 8.1 32\/64-bit<\/li>\n<li>Windows 8 32\/64-bit<\/li>\n<li>Windows 7 SP1 32\/64-bit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Hardware\u00a0<\/strong>(depending on the amount of data to analyse)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor: 1280&#215;800 or higher &#8211; suggested 1920&#215;1800<\/li>\n<li>Ram: suggested 16GB &#8211; min 8GB<\/li>\n<li>SSD highly recommended<\/li>\n<li>Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Software<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>NET Framework 4.6.1<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft SQL Server 2014+<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office 2010 or higher (not mandatory but highly recommended to properly import excel files)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After reviewing the requirements of the operating system and hardware, we can proceed to install\u00a0<strong>Microsoft Framework 4.6.1<\/strong>\u00a0(which most likely it is already installed in most PCs) and\u00a0<strong>Microsoft SQL Server 2014+<\/strong>, following\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/phonelog.it\/en\/faq-en\/documentation\/step-by-step-installation-microsoft-sql-server-2014\/\">the tutorial<\/a>, paying attention to user management.<\/p>\n<p>After installing the required software we can start to install Securcube\u00aePhoneLog. The installation of the software does not require additional settings. Just run the setup provided by Securcube srl and lead to the thermal processed. The first time the program will ask you two things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>License Code (directly linked to the machine running the software)<\/li>\n<li>The database connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the license code you will see a screen like this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-870 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/1-628x368.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"368\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Copy the machine code and send it by mail or, if you are connected to the Internet, use the appropriate button to send the request directly. After entering the code you should see a screen like this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-871 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/2-628x366.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"366\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The next step is the creation of the database. If you have properly installed the prerequisites simply click the button \u201cCreate Database\u201d and after a few seconds the program will start.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-872 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/phonelog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/3.png 332w, https:\/\/phonelog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/3-300x175.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If an error \u201cUnable to connect to server\u201d or \u201cCan not connect to database.\u201d Probably the installation is Microsoft SQL Server was not performed or it was not ended successfully.\u00a0Check again MS SQL installation procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Some advanced options can be selected using the \u2018Advanced\u2019 window, or you can edit them later, entering from Securcube\u00aePhoneLog Top Menu (Settings \u2013 Database).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-873 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/winter.securcube.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/4-628x346.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"346\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If everything goes well this is the first interface Securcube\u00aePhoneLog.
